2021 Big 3 Athletics Volleyball Player of the year is Lesterville Lady Bearcat Reese Gray. Reese was named Black River league Player of the Year and also was named to the Missouri Class 1 All-State team.  Reese set a Missouri state record this year with 648 kills in a season while leading her team to a 23-8-4 record.
